  20. The book FINITE ELEMENTS FOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS by Silvestor and Chari has
  21. many examples of Fortran Code used for EM stuff. You can get a paperback
  22. version from Cambridge Press.

  24. There is also a book by  SRH Hoole on the same subject that is directed towards
  25. the Numerical EM community.
