- Mitch, I think I saw that they were going to be writting this thing in C. If
- that is true, I doubt any vendor but you will be affected. However, you most
- certainly _should_ be concerned. If they do succeed in making "THE Forth" you
- could potentially be out of business, but when have you _ever_ seen one Forth
- that everyone could agree on?

- Personally, I'm not scared in the least by the public domain Forths. They
- constantly drive me to make improvements and I can always beat them in support
- and documentation. So, I say let them try their bests. With an ANS Standard,
- we all have an equal shot at "THE Forth of the 90s". I welcome the
- competition.
