  20. Meyer explicitly denied this a month or two back.  The problem is that
  21. although most of the changes needed for OOSC are trivial, there are a
  22. few sections which could do with a significant upgrade.
  23. My guess is that Bertrand can't
  24. bring himself to just upgrade the sample programs in OOSC from 2.3 to 3.0
  25. without also changing the sections that would involve more work.
