  11. We're looking at C++/Motif programming environments and wondered
  12. what peoples impressions where of ParcPlace's Objectworks for C++
  13. (and indeed any other programming environment). We have been using
  14. Objectworks for Smalltalk for some time now, but we're now 
  15. interested in a similar environment for C++.

  17. We need - A decent source level debugger, where the source code 
  18. will generally be a mixture of C++/Unix/X/Motif. Browsers,
  19. Libraries etc. are of secondary importance at present, but 
  20. this situation will no doubt change with expanded use of C++
  21. throughout our research group.
