- We're looking at C++/Motif programming environments and wondered
- what peoples impressions where of ParcPlace's Objectworks for C++
- (and indeed any other programming environment). We have been using
- Objectworks for Smalltalk for some time now, but we're now
- interested in a similar environment for C++.
-
- We need - A decent source level debugger, where the source code
- will generally be a mixture of C++/Unix/X/Motif. Browsers,
- Libraries etc. are of secondary importance at present, but
- this situation will no doubt change with expanded use of C++
- throughout our research group.
-
- Ob: I will, of course, summarise if enough interest is shown.
-
- Thanks,
-
- Graham Dean
