- Sorry for this vague request, but I'm working on a series of models of
- physical processes (sedimentation) and am running up against the usual
- problems with endless expansion of programs -- lack of modularity,
- lack of maintainability, etc. I had read in New Scientist, I believe,
- that a much larger Astronomy program, written in Fortran, was to be
- ported to an OOP language, probably c++, for the same reasons. Can
- anyone point to rationale or description of this program?
