- Ellemtel, a Swedish telecomms company, put their Programming in C++
- Rules and Reccommendations up for grabs by anon. ftp. I got them and
- was impressed by the clarity and general level of common sense
- displayed - enough control & structure to be useful without stifling
- creativity.
