- It is a real document. It is updated 3 times per year, and mailed
- out to the C++ committee membership in February, June, and October.
- There are no guarantees that anything you find in one version will
- appear in any other version, since it is a working paper; each
- contains the results of accepted proposals, "editorial" changes, and
- miscellaneous errors. The bulk of it (so far) is unchanged from the
- ARM, except for minor edits.

- If you order a copy from ANSI, I would hope you would get the latest
- version. There might be a lag between when a new version is created
- and when it is available from ANSI.
