  18. It is a real document.  It is updated 3 times per year, and mailed
  19. out to the C++ committee membership in February, June, and October.
  20. There are no guarantees that anything you find in one version will
  21. appear in any other version, since it is a working paper; each
  22. contains the results of accepted proposals, "editorial" changes, and
  23. miscellaneous errors.  The bulk of it (so far) is unchanged from the
  24. ARM, except for minor edits.

  26. If you order a copy from ANSI, I would hope you would get the latest
  27. version.  There might be a lag between when a new version is created
  28. and when it is available from ANSI.
