  24. Dr. Dobbs Journal had an ongoing mail-in discussion about this several
  25. years ago.  Went on for 6 months or more.  Don't remember the time
  26. period involved, but it shouldn't be hard to find if you can get a
  27. stack of back issues at your local library and rummage thru them.
