  14. Subject line says it all.  I can't use cxref since I can't overide it's
  15. choice of C pre-processor and the one it uses is not ANSI (and my code
  16. is).  Is there any way to override cxref's defaults (man page was worthless)
  17. or is there a better tool (free) out there?  I have gcc (2.1) but couldn't
  18. find any cross-reference option in it's documentation (p.s. is there a special
  19. utility "MakeInfo" needed to make reading the documentation easier? and where
  20. do I get it?).
