- No, it is an expletive used to express frustration and rage. Anyone that
- takes it for it's "literal" meaning is being too darned concerned with
- semantics to see why the person on the other end of the conversation may
- feel he has to resort to such language (ignoring, for the moment, those
- people who use such words only from habit or the hopes that it may
- shock someone else).

- In this case, it is the negative connotations that is desired. Some
- questions are just too f-cking annoying after the 1000th time when
