  25. There was once when a user had overheard a conversation in the Consultants'
  26. Office here at the college, and came in wanting to know what this "RTFM"
  27. thing they kept saying meant.

  29. The head consultant thought fast and, handing the user a Microsoft Word
  30. manual, said "Read the manual..."
  31.  
  32. The user said "Ohhhhh...a Microsoft thing!" and left happy.
