  14.    Since I have started programming OOP, I have decided to finally bite the
  15. bullet and buy one of borlands "professional" packages.

  17.    What I want to know is:  what is the difference between 3.0 and 3.1?  what
  18. is the difference between C++ pro and C++ w/ app. frameworks?  do both include
  19. the source for Tvision (major point in purchase).  Is the documentation on
  20. Tvision the same in both packages?  I ask because just what *besides* manuals
  21. do you put in that HUGE box...

  23.    and finally: I am a student, and I can get all the proper forms signed (if
  24. neccasary) as well as having several valid student IDs.  Just how and where do
  25. I get borlands educational deal???
