  11. Dave Emery was kind enough to point out an error in my previous posting:

  13.   It is not a _requirement_ of the language that DELAY 0.0 will generate
  14.   a synchronization.  The URG and current practice recommend that DELAY
  15.   0.0 be treated as a synchronization point, to support exactly this
  16.   kind of thing.

  18. I am pretty sure VAX Ada implements delay 0.0 in the manner suggested
  19. by the URG.
