- It looks like it might be an OEM version of the Hitachi VIP9500. Hitachi
- manufactured a player that sounds a lot like this one several (7-8) years
- ago. It was an industrial player with 232 control. I don't know whether it
- would play CLV, but it definitely did CAV. We used to have one around here,
- and actually had a driver for it at one time for use with our video overlay
- products.
