  11. We're developing a system to automatically scan reels of microfilm and
  12. digitize the images.  Unfortunately, our customer has reels that have
  13. been filmed sideways, so that the images are rotated 90 degrees CCW.
  14. The scanner could rotate the image, but the scan time slows dramatically;
  15. we'd like to rotate on some other (cheaper) platform so that the (expensive)
  16. scanning resources aren't wasted.

  18. All we need is a filter that rotates TIFF images 90 degrees.
  19. I've been prowling around anonymous FTP sites all day and have had
  20. no luck.

  22. Does anyone out there have such a filter written in C,
  23. that runs under DOS, OS/2, or UNIX (OS/2 preferred)????
