  13. Could anybody recommend a good piece of software for plotting graphs?  
  14. Such that deals fluently with non-planar graphs and gives some  
  15. freedom in choosing the node positions as well as their graphic  
  16. representation. Public domain stuff preferred. NeXTware extra
