  12. I've been considering developing a elisp package similar to dired for
  13. Public Domain/Shareware archivers. That is a package that would allow
  14. the user to get listings of files in zip/zoo/lzh files and then update,
  15. delete, add, view, edit, etc. the files inside an archive.

  17. My question is, has anyone already created such a package? I certainly
  18. would prefer not to duplicate someone elses efforts or if they had
  19. only got some preliminary work done, whether they might need some
  20. help or have me add enhancements.

  22. It seems to me that this could be a very usefull package.
