  16. rcs-cks.el was the package that suited my needs best when I used RCS a
  17. year ago. It is available from ftp.lysator.liu.se in
  18. pub/emacs/rcs-cks.el. It was originally written by Chris Siebenmann
  19. <cks@white.toronto.edu> and I upgraded for RCS 5.5 and made some
  20. enhancements. (Chris might have a newer version - I don't know. I 
  21. told him about my upgrades a year ago and he said that he might ftp
  22. them in the future).

  24. Since then I have switched from RCS to CVS, and I think you should
  25. consider doing the same. I have written a "cvs.el" that is distributed
  26. with CVS 1.3. There is also a newer version of the emacs front-end
  27. with some portability problems solved and some bugs fixed available
  28. from ftp.lysator.liu.se in pub/emacs/pcl-cvs-1.03.tar.Z
