- On SCO UNIX 3.2v2, and SCO UNIX 3.2v4, I had to modify emacs to ignore
- SIGTSTP, look for a ^Z, save the tty state, default SIGTSTP, then send
- myself a SIGTSTP. Upon receipt of SIGCONT, restore the tty state.
