  11. I am currently involved in undergraduate research in which I need to
  12. simulate the effects of a cosmic ray hitting the transistors in a
  13. CMOS static RAM cell and causing a transient upset.  I heard that
  14. TRIGSPICE was developed with similar problems in mind, and wondered
  15. if it would be helpful.  If you have information on TRIGSPICE, or
  16. know of any papers written on similar applications, please reply or
