  34. The University at Albany created a specially designed Computer Classroom
  35. for the Mathematics Dept where we offer a full range of courses from our
  36. undergraduate curriculum as well as some graduate courses. This is the
  37. third year of its existence and for most of us it has changed the way
  38. we teach as well as what we teach. Students interact simultaneously with
  39. their computer, with the instructor's computer, with the instructor at
  40. the blackboard and with fellow students. The major piece of software is
  41. Maple, a sophisticated computer algebra system and the platform we decided
  42. on is the Amiga. It's an exciting atmosphere for learning.
