  12. Does anyone know of a good source of documentation, i.e., book,
  13. article, manual, etc., which gives greater detail to the emacs
  14. commands and offers some instructions/examples for creating start
  15. up command files, key definitions, and lisp macros?  What I
  16. currently have is very limited and the online help files only
  17. hint at the possibilities available with the emacs environment.
