  10. In cisco's GSA (General Service Administration) Contract it states in part:

  12. The following periods of time will not be included in the determination of an
  13. interest penalty:

  15. (A) The period taken to notify Cisco of defects in invoices submitted to the
  16. Government, but this may not exceed 7 days ( 3days for meat and meat food
  17. products and 5 days for perishable agricultural commodities, dairy products,
  18. edible fat or oils, and food products prepared from edible fats or oils).
