- Hi netters!
-
- I just got my SupraFaxModem v.32bis today, and tried to download some
- files from my school. I was using GSZ zmodem for the transfer protocol,
- and I got about the same number of bad CRCs when I was using plain 2400
- baud modem. So my question is, how does v.42 feature help when downloading
- a file? I thought it finds the error before even zmodem notices thus
- speeding up the transfer, but I guess not. My setup was, by the way,
- DTE at 57600bps, CTS/RTS on, and the init string is AT&F2.
- Thanks!
