- That sounds all very reasonable. The problem I have understanding is,
- why then on the same BBS I can get 1600cps downloads (I am using a 386/40
- 8m) and the BBS is a 386 of some flavour) but can't get the same speed
- on text files. BTW I tried Telemate and it seemed a little bit faster,
- especially when I turned off ANSI graphics!
