  20. My brother had this same problem, so he bought some resistors and other
  21. junk from "the shack" and built a "Protect-Your-Carrier" kits.  He told
  22. me he was going to get them copyrighted and trademarked and... but I think
  23. he got involved in another project.

  25. However, I snarfed the only three that he ever made and use them in my
  26. home.  They work GREAT!  I never have to worry about anyone picking up the
  27. phones anymore.  If I'm on, they get a "dead" phone, when I drop carrier,
  28. then they get a dialtone.  Real easy to install also, just unplug and plug.
