  29. Off the top of my head, it would appear that you're using different
  30. packet or window sizes for uploading than you do for download.

  32. The CKermit on Netcom's unix system (a Sun) can be configured to use
  33. different packet/window sizes for uploading, so perhaps that's what
  34. is happening to you...
