- I've never had trouble at the "standard" settings (14400 bps, compression and
- error correction on), unless you count "busy". The cure for this seems to
- be calling in at odd times. I've had good luck with Friday or Saturday
- night, and Sunday morning (which probably just became bad times :-( ).

- So what IS the problem? It seems to say "busy" when the line's busy, and
- doesn't when it isn't.

- I'm almost certain my old Practical Peripherals didn't, and I don't think
