- The &T19 test cannot be done by the human hand. I talked to PPIFORUM on
- CI$ about this.

- For the Mac there is a CableTest program from the Hayes Forum on CI$,
- there may be a PC program as well, but my PM14400FXSA is hooked to my
- Mac, not my wifes PC, so I didn't look.

- FWIW, my modem also ERRORed when &q0&t19 was executed by hand, but
- passed the CableTest program. A non hardware handshake cable fails the
- program.
