  18. You can call Smith Micro at 714-964-9316. I have yet to do so as I have no
  19. real need to use the Fax part of my modem (yet).

  24. I called PPI's tech support. They (as promptly as possible) shipped me
  25. out a new ROM free of charge, no hassles. The current ROM is 1.12c,
  26. which I now have. Fixed the "loud" modem speaker and fixed 1200 baud
  27. connections. Not a bad deal.
