  16. I disagree.  I'm returning my SatisFAXtion 400 because the poor tech
  17. support has failed to address the many problems I have found,
  18. including:

  20. * Lack of support for non-DOS operating systems (such as OS/2, NT and
  21. UNIX), not only the fax, but also the data modem.
  22.  
  23. * Inability to receive faxes at 14.4kbps (as advertised).
  24.  
  25. * Incompatibility with certain 2400bps data modems.
  26.  
  27. * Incompatibility with certain phone installations and handsets.
  28.  
  29. * Random crashes in Faxability software.
  30.  
  31. * Problem with Faxability and certain Excel 4.0 spreadsheets.
