- I disagree. I'm returning my SatisFAXtion 400 because the poor tech
- support has failed to address the many problems I have found,
- including:

- * Lack of support for non-DOS operating systems (such as OS/2, NT and
- UNIX), not only the fax, but also the data modem.

- * Inability to receive faxes at 14.4kbps (as advertised).

- * Incompatibility with certain 2400bps data modems.

- * Incompatibility with certain phone installations and handsets.

- * Random crashes in Faxability software.

- * Problem with Faxability and certain Excel 4.0 spreadsheets.
