- I'm in Wellington, NZ and we use 230V/50Hz. The Supra needs 9VAC/600
- milliamps. Supra supplies a 9VAC/1amp power supply with the international
- version of the modem. I use the 9vac/600milliamp unit with a 220/110 stepdown
- transformer - works great. I also have a 220v/50Hz -> 9VAC/1amp "wallpack"
- that I had made locally for NZ$29.30, so you could check out either solution.
-
- The good thing about NZ, is that electrical supply makers will take orders
- from people for single units. In Canada, you had to go through a retailer and
- the prices were higher. Here - in wee NZ - I can buy a single unit from the
- guy who winds them......rather than pay twice as much for the same unit in a
- shop.
