- I have three new ones. As a data modem they work incredibly. The noise
- problems ARE gone. I will replace my PPI shortly with one.
-
- The only remaining gotcha's are as follows:
-
- The telepath has a hard time with old AT&T modems, only the Hayes and PPI's
- can connect to a particular BBS around here... This is a minor annoyance but is
- not Telepath specific.
-
- The manuals and installation guides are not as thorough as they could be.
-
-
- Given that these problems are NOT Telepath problems, I will likely order 3
- more of them. I'd rather have Hayes, I just can't afford them.......
-
- The good news is that the replacements come in a fed ex mailer box, complete
- with prepaid address labels.
