  20. I thought so too, but at the last meeting of Study Group XVII the 
  21. leadership appeared to favor an entirely different number.  I think 
  22. "V.93" (indicating the year of adoption, perhaps) would be 
  23. distinctive, although it sounds too much like the nickname of a hard 
  24. rock radio station...
