  16. This is not amusing. I ordered this modem through the sysop program
  17. about three weeks ago (expecting it in about a week). Everything I'd
  18. read about it compared with the Supra and Zoom was positive, so I
  19. made the leap - now this.

  32. In your view, would it be worthwhile for me to attempt to call
  33. PPI and request that this beta ROM be shipped with my modem when
  34. it does finally ship? Or will it be too much of an ordeal? 
  35. (BTW, did you have any dealings with the Aussie who works the 
  36. sysop program or did you just talk to tech support?)
