  24. Dallas is, IMHO, very willing to please their customers.  They are
  25. 'new' relative to the market, but looking back, many now-reputable
  26. modem manufacturers were once 'new' relative to the market...

  28. A friend of mine purchased a DallasFax 9600 v.32/v.42 modem and was
  29. quite satisfied with it.  However, then DallasFax put out their 14.4
  30. and he wanted one of those instead.  He called up DallasFax hoping he
  31. could 'upgrade' for a minimal cost, and instead they gave him a direct
  32. swap!  I was amazed.
