  28.     For the 224EC try the following:
  29.     ATx4 extended result codes
  30.     AT$BA0 baud adj off speed conversion on (must use &e11)
  31.     AT&e1 Auto reliable mode
  32.     AT&e4 if you can use cts flow ctrl or AT&e5 for X on/off
  33.     AT&e7 X on/off passed through
  34.     AT&e8 enq/ack off
  35.     AT&e11 for X on/off or AT&e10 for off
  36.     AT&e12 pacing off or AT&e13 for pacing on (see settings e4 & e5)
  37.     AT&e15 if you have a newer model for compression on
  38.     AT&w
  39.     ATL5 6 7
  40.     Set terminal speed at 19.2kbps or higher.
