- I had to have American Express chase them for my refund. Amex gave me credit
- for it, but I think they are still chasing Dallas Fax for it. I was glad
- I saved the UPS receipt! From my dealings with Dallas Fax, my feeling is
- they are a garage shop that contracted with some board stuffing house to
- build them were not prepared for the volume of orders they received. Their
- modem had/has problems, their BBS stinks, and their tech support is minimal. I
- would not be surprised to see them chapter 11 in the near future, then what's
- that lifetime warranty worth?
