  21. Yes, but make sure that the internal modem you are considering has the 16550
  22. on it, which again you can test with MSD.EXE. There are some like e.g. the
  23. Boca modem or the Intel, which will only report a 16450. I append some info
  24. about the modem I use (and quite a few other netcomers).
