- I hope this is the right place to post this question.
-
- I am using sz for the first time to download binary files from my unix
- account at school to my PC at home. I have a Hayes compatible 9600
- baud modem on the PC. I am using ProComm Plus on my PC.
-
- I type
- sz foo.bar
-
- and ProComm Plus pulls up a window, which normally would track
- downloading progress, and I get a message at the bottom of the window
- which says "CRC error". It tries to download 6 times and then aborts.
-
- I've read the man page and tried all the flags I thought looked
- related to this problem (-korb) to no avail. ANY HELP WOULD BE
- APPRECIATED!!!
-
- Thank you! -John
