  12. I hope this is the right place to post this question.

  14. I am using sz for the first time to download binary files from my unix
  15. account at school to my PC at home.  I have a Hayes compatible 9600
  16. baud modem on the PC.  I am using ProComm Plus on my PC.

  19. sz foo.bar
  20.  
  21. and ProComm Plus pulls up a window, which normally would track
  22. downloading progress, and I get a message at the bottom of the window
  23. which says "CRC error".  It tries to download 6 times and then aborts.

  25. I've read the man page and tried all the flags I thought looked
  26. related to this problem (-korb) to no avail.  ANY HELP WOULD BE
  27. APPRECIATED!!!
