  25. It's full duplex, and is proprietary (but not to ZyXEL ... hint, hint).
  26. It is =NOT= HST compatible.

  33. The EPROMs contain the code. The EEPROM is used for configuration storage
  34. as in other modems.

  53. Very reliable. The Usenet machine I'm calling from is using them
  54. exclusively for V.32bis dialup and the SLIP connection to the Internet.
  55. Tech support is, in my opinion, without peer in this area.

  60. ESTABLISHING, no. However, a destructive break sent by a USR V.32bis/V.42
  61. modem will cause loss of carrier. ZyXEL says this is 'their' problem.
