  13. I tried delaying the start of TE/2 during boot up, and now the ZOOM
  14. modem seems to work fine right after startup.  The problem (if it
  15. is gone and not just intermittant) must have been due to something
  16. getting lost in the 57600 bps connection between the modem and the
  17. computer during boot up.
