- Simply put, no. You cannot simply connect two lobe cables (the cable which
- normally runs from the card to the TCU) together and expect to have a two
- node "ring". Examining the wiring diagrams in the 802.5 spec shows why:
- While the cable connectors appear physically symetrical, logically they are
- not (ie. the signals are on the wrong pins). There may be more to it, but
- I checked just for sanity.

- On the other hand, if you like to get your hands dirty, and you own a
- soldering iron, you can probably build a simple two port TCU. Again, the
- 802.5 spec should show you how.
