- INGRES does run under SCO UNIX. There are a couple of flavors of INGRES on
- that box. One is the INGRES the comes packaged with SCO UNIX. This version is
- described in the ODT-DATA section of the SCO Users Manual. You can also
- purchase full-blown INGRES from Ingres, An ASK Company. This will get you
- the latest and greatest, which is 6.4. The version that comes packaged with
- SCO UNIX is an older version (6.2 I think). 6.4 has many nice new features, so
- I would suggest you consider getting 6.4.
