  17. Over the past few weeks, we have been experiencing some problems with our 800# 
  18. telephone service and we need your help.

  20. Occasionally, you may get a busy signal when attempting to reach us at the 
  21. toll-free Technical Support number, (800) 274-8184.

  23. We are working on tracing and identifying this problem, but in the meantime, if 
  24. you need to reach us:

  26. 1)  Try 800-274-8184.  If it does not work, call in on (415) 926-6794.
  27.              
  28. 2)  Tell your Customer Services Rep that you have had a problem on the 800# and 
  29. describe what happened.
