- We have an stockbroking application that uses Uniface as the front end, and
- Sybase as the back end. Uniface keeps money fields to 2 decimal places, and
- performs all calculations based on that assumption. Sybase on the other hand
- keeps money fields to four decimal places and calcuation are to that precision.
- This is causing us ** MAJOR ** problems, especially when balancing accounts,
- and closing open contracts etc.
-
- Does anybody know of a way to force Sybase to round money fields to 2 decimal
- places e.g.
-
- 123.4549 --> 123.45
- 123.4550 --> 123.46
-
- Any help will be greatly appreciated, Please mail, and I will post a summary.
