  37. Yes, do lighten up.  NBC *want* people to watch.  If what they do irritates
  38. people (eg playing muzak over the action) then they'd rather people told them
  39. so they could change it.  So yes I *would* expect NBC to spend lots of money on
  40. getting this sort of thing right to keep the viewers happy.  That's why we use
  41. TV rather than radio, yes?  (BTW, I'm in the UK and so don't see NBC at
  42. all---this makes me very happy B^>)
