  28.  Yeap, you have the EXPORT version, Previously PKWARE was limited to who they
  29.  could export encryption to, but now that has been greatly reduced. You can tell
  30.  that it is an export version beacause your version number is 1.1., not just 1.1
  31.  1.1. <- note last point, signafies export version.. Get version 1.1
