  24.  Jason hits the nail on the head. IMHO, Roger F.Harrington and his co-workers
  25.  and students (Syracuse U.) have developed computer packages for such problems.
  26.  Some work is going on at U. of Illinois under Prof.Raj Mittra and his Ph.D
  27.  students - Marc Mehalic and others. I will post the e-mail address of Raj
  28.  Mittra right now. The analysis is so crucial in compaction of VLSI systems
  29.  that such codes must be listed on this group. Analysis of cross-talk between
  30.  two multiconductor lines can also be done - again IMHO. Jason keep it up !!!
