  10. Recently I ftped padslog.zip, padspcb.zip & padslib.zip from OAK.Oakland.Edu.
  11. I have a problem when trying to install it using pinstall.exe that  comes
  12. with the package.  After it asks what I want to install and the drives
  13. for source and destination I get the error 'Can't open file' or something
  14. to that extent, and the installation terminates.
